Mindfulness:
Mindfulness involves focusing one’s attention on something (i.e. the breath, walking, sounds, sensations, etc.) in a nonjudgmental manner
When your attention naturally shifts away from the object of focus, you gently bring your attention back
Mindfulness can help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings, as well as bodily cues to your moods
